Important Information

Collection is not automatic. Please contact us when the bin is ready for collection.

Additional hire charges of $20 per day apply after 10 days. After 21 days, $50 per day applies.

Bins must not be used to transport waste to trailers, vehicles or other companies skips bins.

Any waste loaded above the bin height or overhanging the bin will be removed and left on site upon collection.

Customers are responsible for any excess waste remaining on site.

Bins must be made accessible for collection.

Heavy waste loads must comply with lift/elevator weight restrictions of the building.
