How long is the bin hire?

Any waste outside of bin height or lenght will be removed & left on site upon collection & remain the responsibility of the customer.

Standard bin hire includes 10 days.

Extra days available:

It is the responsibility of the hirer to contact High Rise Skip Bins via phone call or text once the bins are full.

Can Internal Access Bins carry heavy waste?

Yes, suitable for all kind of waste including:

Tiles, concrete, bricks etc.

Always check elevator load capacity.

Bins are not to be used to transfer waste to trailers, Utes or other companies skip bins.

What can go in Basement Car Park Bin?

Bins must remain at delivery address.

Light hard waste only:

Access must be provided for bin collection.

X No concrete / tiles / rubble / soil

Excess weight will be charged at current excess weight disposal rate.

It is the hirers responsibility to check elevator load capacity. 1 Internal Access Bin full of concrete can weigh as much as 900kgs.

Can full bins be swapped for empty bins?

Yes - swap service available.

Each replacement is charged as a new hire.

High Rise Skip Bins takes no responsibility of damage or injury caused by bins after delivery and or prior to collection.

What height clearance do we need?

Our concept has been designed to deliver our bins to a basement car park with a height clearance of just 1.8m.
